Elli just wants to walk...

She wasn't happy when she went from a photo session on the floor to her highchair.
The candle on the birthday cupcake made her happy. Its hard to believe its been one entire year since Elli came into our lives. She's such a sweet girl. 
We came back from Florida early in order to go to the Phillies home opener.
It was freezing! 
Last Saturday we left for St. Pete Beach, FL.

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium rescued this 7 month old dolphin in December. This is Viv "touching" the baby dolphin.
Elli checked her out too.
We went to the Phillies last Spring Training game. We were able to see a few innings before the rain began.
We also took a day trip to DW.
Viv and Elli both loved the pools at the hotel.
One day Viv spent almost 6 hours in the pool!
Elli spent almost as much time in the water.
For more than a month, Elli has been cruising the furniture and walking while holding our fingers.
This week she's finally put everything together. She's walking (small distances) all on her own!
Time is flying here. Several weeks ago we took the girls to the Wissahickon Trail and took a walk in the woods.

Heather with Elli. Baby Clair no. 2 is due next month.
We're having our front brick re-pointed and having the back of the house's stucco re-done. The girls are fascinated by the workmen.
My birthday was last Friday. I made myself a coconut birthday cake.
